Presentation of the World Lunar Map Worldwide Society

Purpose, Members & Integration Process

  1. The World Lunar Map Society is a non-profit International Association aiming to unit members who share the same scientific views and opinions about the real nature of the Moon and about the work that needs to be done to create a New World Map that will be an extension of Earth's selenography.
  2. For its functioning, the lunar Association is made up essentially of 7-21 International members who form the associative Presidency which coordinates the work divided between the National Academies. These "key members" are the Directors of "Major National Academies".
  3. The Associative Presidency is in charge of the subsidies for the benefit of National Academies without taking away their right to be subsidized by their own resources or by third party subsidies. The Associative Presidency is also responsible for requesting "International Navigation Certificates for Scientific Research" from the Competent Authorities to deliver them to National Academies.
  4. Anyone wishing to join the Worldwide lunar Association, as an ordinary member, can send a request using the text box found at the membership section (active academies subsection). The first hundred adherents are designated as premium associative members.
  5. Following acceptance of the personal request, a membership certificate will be sent in the E-mail address indicated.
  6. Certificate of associative membership can be used to integrate the World Lunar Map National Academies which takes charge of expeditions and cartographic work.
  7. No payment is required to join the World Lunar Map Society or Academies. The main conditions are : I / The age of legal majority ;  II/ A high level of morality and humanism ; III/ A sufficient intellectual level. For National Academies, integrations are done according to the status and particular needs of each Academy.
